By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies only to consumer users of the Warmer Match advisor-matching platform (available at warmer.co). It does not apply to advisors using Warmer Match or other services offered by Warmer Holdings Inc., including our legacy Client Relationship Intelligence tools (available on getwarmer.com).

We may also use anonymized and aggregated data, including content you submit, solely to enhance and improve our Services. We do not use personally identifiable information for these purposes.
We follow SOC 2-aligned practices and work with trusted audit partners to ensure high standards of security and reliability.
Data shared with Warmer via Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized artificial intelligence and/or machine learning models.
3. How We Share Information
We may share your information:
With financial professionals: If you request to be matched, we may share the information you provide as necessary to fulfill your request or provide the Services.
With service providers: Third-party vendors who help operate our Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, security) and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
For legal reasons: To comply with applicable law or legal process, or to protect Warmer’s rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention and Security
We retain your information as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data in accordance with industry standards.
